Where are your products made?
We are a proud Canadian company and we work with local suppliers and partners to produce and ship our products. That being said, our suppliers may occasionally produce our products in United States to meet increased demands and faster shipping times. 

Do I have to pay customs, duties and taxes on my order?
If you are ordering from United States or Canada and your order is under $200, it is rare that your order will incur customs, duties, or additional taxes. In the unlikely event, we cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. We will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees. International customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.

Why is your store currency in USD?
Our primary customer base are from the United States and naturally all of our products are priced in United States Dollars (USD). If you are located in a country outside of the USA, your credit card will NOT be billed in US dollars. However, you will be billed in your local currency at the appropriate conversion rate based on our USD pricing. Your credit card issuer may charge a transaction fee.

Yes, all of our products are vegan with the exception of select ingredients like beeswax to help your skin retain its own moisture and when we do, we make sure it is organic and responsibly sourced.

Yes, our products are not tested on animals and the only select non-vegan ingredient we use is beeswax to help your skin retain its own moisture. We make sure it is organic and responsibly sourced.

Are your products free of harmful chemicals?
Yes, all of our products are made with clean ingredients and we’re proud to be paraben free, and sulfate free.

Can I recycle the packaging?
Yes, please recycle all paper packaging! We are sustainable and eco-friendly. We only use post-consumer recycled paper in our packaging to minimize our environmental impact and keep our planet clean. 


When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-5 days for orders to be processed and packed. Our products are shipped using reliable shipping partners in USA and Canada to ensure your order will arrive safely and on time.

International: 7-10 business days

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on the customer's bank account.
